On the stream, emanating from a spring, there are mills installed, a small dock with carved boats and a lake with artificial water lilies. Then around the spring there are small buildings scattered about for forest elves, plus a shelter, bar, cups to drink from or a small table, where visitors may sign the guestbook. There is also an original toilet nearby, which is designed "in the case of greatest need".
The entire complex was built by a local enthusiast, Mr. Šimeček, at that time an unemployed man.
