A wooden observation tower was built in 1932 on Kapelský vrch on the western outskirts of Žamberk; the structure has a stone foundation and is also known under the name of Rozálka. The twenty metre tower has two observation decks – the first at the height of 16 metres and the second just under the top of the tower. A total of 60 wooden stairs lead to the first observation deck, and an additional 16 steep steps lead to the second deck. From the main deck open 360° views of the Orlické Mts., Králický Sněžník, Buková Mt., and Suchý vrch. Under favourable conditions it is possible to see all the way to the Krkonoše Mts.
